Our Professionals

As outlined in the Service Offerings and Leadership section of this site, Aviano’s leadership has extensive experience in numerous functional, industry, and specialty areas of risk – from internal audit to anti-money laundering to project management. We are looking for professionals who also have similar talent profiles. We have a flat hierarchical model – very different from the Big 4. Our professionals are expected to be trusted business advisors to our clients. We do not have a pyramid of partners, directors, senior managers, managers, and staff. All of our professionals are expected to be highly experienced and be in a position to deliver top quality services to our clients.

We expect all of our professionals to have, at a minimum, a four-year degree, and 10+ years of relevant experience related to one or more of our service offerings.

We also expect that our professionals maintain one or more relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA).

Working as a professional at Aviano, we will provide you with development and training opportunities, a diverse, dynamic project portfolio, a tremendous opportunity to bring value to our clients, and to be financially, personally, and professionally fulfilled in the process. Our Process

While we are a relatively new consulting company, we are finding that the demand for our services is high. Finding new team members is a priority in order to meet the needs of our clients. We are ready to start adding top-tier professionals to our team – those professionals who excel in their areas of expertise and who desire the flexibility that a career in professional consultancy can allow. Through the interview process, we want you to get to know us, and make a determination as to whether a career in professional consultancy is right for you, including a career at Aviano, where you will have flexibility, challenges, opportunities to further improve your skills, and be competitively rewarded for your accomplishments.

Our professionals are employed under a full-employment model (no independent contractors). All applicants are subject to background and reference checks. Compensation for our professionals is based on hours worked, paid at highly competitive rates. When we meet with you, we can describe our benefits program, including options for health care, support for training and professional certifications, bonus programs, and other benefits.

Our leadership team is responsible for business development and identifying the right opportunities for our professionals. We are currently focused on the Las Vegas Market, but some travel may be necessary depending on our clients’ needs. We focus on assisting our clients with strategic objectives, and not mundane day-to-day tasks and activities.
